There will come a time when I will be free
There will come a time when I will know not what is meant to be
There will come a time when my heart will flutter with energy
There will come a time when I will no longer live in fear
I wait for the time when I can wake up to sounds of soothing music
I wait for the time when I can see the sun shine so bright
I still wait for the time when I know we will all be together
I wait for that time when We can all again make it right
There is a time I know now
That will show me how to laugh and smile
To show me how to be merry and simply wile
There will come a time when I will know not what it means to despair
There will come a time when all this mundane and heinous fighting will come to an end
I will wait for that day till the end of time
I will wait for all to be fine
I wish and hope that my fellow beings are safe today
I wish and hope that they will come surely come home today!
